HBL Asset Management Company is currently hiring Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business in the assigned region, expanding client base, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Position Description:

Responsible for successful business generation in the assigned region with a focus on:

• Business development

• Meeting sales targets within specified timelines

• Enhancing client engagement and retention

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team-based business targets

• Maintain and service a portfolio of retail clients

• Identify and engage potential clients through daily visits and follow-ups

• Conduct client meetings and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects

• Ensure compliance with KYC and risk profiling requirements

• Participate in retail-focused activities such as road shows and campaigns

• Coordinate with the Investor Services Department for lead conversion

• Maintain excellent service standards consistent with HBL AMC’s brand

• Stay updated on market trends and new product offerings

• Submit daily activity and client meeting reports

Required Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional client relationship management

• In-depth knowledge of Asset Management industry products

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university

• Certifications: CMFD certification preferred

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/relationship management
