Meezan Bank is seeking applications for the position of Regional Credit Manager for the Sialkot region to drive growth in commercial financing, trade, deposits, and cross-selling portfolios. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial and corporate credit with a strong focus on Islamic banking principles.

Position:

• Regional Credit Manager – Sialkot

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the region’s commercial financing, trade, deposit, and cross-sell portfolio.

• Build a new-to-bank (NTB) customer base for organic portfolio growth.

• Maintain strong client relationships to maximize Return on Assets (ROA).

• Ensure credit operational quality, discipline, and compliance with SOPs and regulations.

• Lead and develop a professional team focusing on training and development.

• Monitor repayments and timely resolution of stuck accounts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA from HEC recognized institute/university (Islamic Banking Certification preferred)

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Commercial/Corporate Credit or RMG, with at least 2 years at Meezan Bank in the current department.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical, credit assessment, marketing, and negotiation skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Islamic Banking concepts with proven compliance track record.

• Proven experience in commercial/corporate banking.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
