Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the branch, assisting customers with queries and complaints.
• Ensure service standards are maintained as per bank policy.
• Guide customers to relevant desks for services.
• Provide complete information about bank products and services.
• Educate customers on Net Banking, AL Habib Mobile App, Call Centre and Digital Channels.
• Resolve complaints professionally and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain marketing material and service desk readiness.
• Ensure proper registration of complaints with BM/OM.
