🏋️‍♂️ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)

Only those who qualify the CBT are called for PET/PST.

🔹 For Male Candidates:

• 5 km run in 24 minutes (General)

• 1.6 km in 6½ minutes (for Ladakh region)

🔹 For Female Candidates:

• 1.6 km in 8½ minutes (General)

• 800 meters in 4 minutes (Ladakh)

🔸 Height:

• Male: 170 cm | Female: 157 cm (Relaxation for certain categories)

🔸 Chest (Male only):

• Unexpanded: 80 cm | Expanded: 85 cm
