The Government of Punjab has designed a digital platform for The School Education Department Human Resource Management System (SEDHR Punjab) to streamline the management of teachers and school staff under the Punjab School Education Department (SED). This integrated system connects personnel records, leave applications, transfer mechanisms, service history, and performance evaluations on a unified dashboard for over 400,000 government school employees.
HRMS SEDHR Punjab:
The HRMS portal is the backbone of Punjab’s education workforce management and centralized with all data concerning public school employees across the province. It helps them to update service record, e-seniority lists, and automated leave management, the platform reduces delays and human interference in administrative matters.
HRMS SEDHR Punjab also supports educational officers with real-time analytics, digital personnel files, and compliance with the School Education Reform Roadmap.
SIS Punjab Login: Gateway for School Staff and Teachers:
The School Information System (SIS Punjab), accessible at https://sis.punjab.gov.pk, acts as the login portal for both teachers and administrators. Staff members use their SIS credentials to:
Apply for casual, earned, or medical leave
Check leave status or approval
Update personal or service records
Access transfer request status
Generate e-seniority reports
SIS Punjab is also available as a mobile app on Android, offering convenience for teachers in remote districts to access HR tools without visiting education offices.
Online Leave Application Through SEDHR Punjab:
Now teachers can easily access to school administration without any paper work a leave application is submitted and online also status can checked through SEDHR Punjab platform. By selecting leave type, dates, and reason from their dashboards. The Head Teacher or CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Education verifies and processes these requests online.

The online e-transfer cycle is usually announced twice a year. All eligible teachers must submit their requests through the HRMS system and monitor the status via SIS Punjab.
